The premises of credence high school was filled with excitement when the Posh Paws petting farm
set up their base at our school grounds on 8th March 2018. Posh paws is one of
the UAE’s most exquisite petting farms.
The Petting
Farm is a great place for practical learning; where children at their
tender age learn about the farm animals and their habitats. It was truly an educational
fun day out for the students of kindergarten and Grade 1, where they saw different
farm animals and actively interacted with some of the animals through petting
and feeding. During their visit the children were asked questions about the
farm animals and they gained knowledge of these animals, their natural habitats
and how to care for them. The little kids joined in all the fun activities like
talking to the parrot named “tutu” that said hello to the kids and laughed
aloud imitating the children’s laughter.
They were array of animals in the farm setup such as Ducks, Chickens, Parrot,
Goat, Tortoises, Coatis, Rabbits, Dog and Hamsters. The children were
fascinated with the chirping of birds, crawling of the tortoise, bleating of
goats, clucking of hens, chattering of hamsters, quacking of ducks and the
talking of the parrot. It was a great
fun filled learning for our young children.
