General Information for Candidates Applying for Teaching Positions
- Qualification requirements vary depending on the position and phase. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with the relevant specialization, or a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in the relevant subject, as applicable. Certificate equivalency is mandatory.
- Distance learning or Open University degrees are not accepted.
- Relevant teaching experience in the UAE is preferred, as specified for each position
- Candidates should be talented, motivated, and well-qualified professionals with strong language and communication skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of effective teaching and learning, along with a creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
- Candidates should be excellent team players, able to collaborate effectively within the department and across different phases.
- Candidates should have good IT skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

- Qualification: Minimum Senior Secondary School qualification (Grade 12)
- Previous school/assistant teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- A caring, creative, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children both in and out of the classroom.
- An excellent team player with collaboration skills both within the department and across phases.
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with students and parents and colleagues.
- Good command of English.
